Description

A spacious brand new studio of 46 sq m is offered on Stará Street. The street is located in Zábrdovice neighbourhood, the area still considered to be part of Brno - Střed. It is just 5 min to the city centre by public transport or 10 min walking to the Freedom Square. The area is the best option for those who wish to stay nearby the city centre, Infosys and Monster Board is within 15 min by public transport. Direct bus No. 67 reaches the Pharmacy and veterinary faculty within 20 min.

The place is suitable for one person or couple.

The studio is modern and nicely divided by a half wall into the sleeping part and a corner with a kitchen unit. The windows face east and make the place very sunny. There are special blinds installed that keep the apartment cool even during warm days. The kitchen unit is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, freezer. The apartment is FULLY furnished: double bed, wardrobe dining table with leather chairs, IKEA bookshelf and some decoration and accessories. Further furnishing is possible upon the agreement and a small increase in price.

There is a laundry room (washing machine and drier) in the basement. The washing machine could be also installed in the room in case of a longterm lease.

The rent is 10 500 CZK + utilities 2 500 CZK (for the electricity, gas and services and TV, Internet connection).

Parking is possible in the street or in a secured underground garage for 1 500 CZK monthly. There is also an additional storage room for rent in the building.
