The apartment is located in a quiet location in the wider center of Hradec Králové. All civic amenities are located here. Bus stop 200 meters, groceries 300 m, you can walk to the city center in 20 minutes. There is also a school, kindergarten and  Faculty hospital near the house.

Layout

The 2+1 apartment (58.8 m2) consists of an entrance hall with wardrobes, two spacious rooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The rooms are impassable. The windows of the kitchen and one of the rooms lead to the quiet greenery.

Furnishing

The apartment is offered as partially furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, dining table and chairs. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, a wardrobe, a coffee table and an armchair. In the second bedroom, you can find a single bed, a chest of drawers and an armchair. There is a large built-in wardrobe in the hall. There is no washing machine in the apartment.

Facilities

The building was recontructed (insulation, plastic windows, entrance and elevator). The apartment is located on the first floor and you can also use a cellar, a bike room and parking in front of the house.

Price

The rent is CZK 14 000 plus deposits for the utilities (heating, hot and cold water, house services) approx. 4 000 CZK, depending on the number of people. Electricity, gas and Internet (in total approx. 2 600 CZK) will be transferred to the lessee and paid directly to the providers. So your total monthly expenses will be about 20-21 000 CZK. Security deposit required in the amount of 36 000 CZK. Agency fee 18 000 CZK.

Conditions

The owner prefers a longer-term lease.
