The owners of the apartment live in the house, so they welcome people who do not cause too much noise, while guaranteeing the same from all other tenants. The house has a nice atmosphere, it is clean, both older and younger generations live here, foreigners from the EU and local people.

Apartment is furnished with kitchen, washing machine, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, mirror. 

The equipment includes a desk, chairs, bar table, bar chairs, bed with storage space, space next to the window with a hanging system to use as a wardrobe.

Facilities

The house is from the 1930s, and there are elements in the apartment that are reminiscent of this period, such as the glass doors.

Rent: 11 000 CZK 

Utilities: 790 CZK

Electricity: 1500 CZK advance payment

Refundable deposit is 20 000 CZK

The house is cleaned twice a month, the price of cleaning is included in the fees. Internet connection is offered at a discounted rate, but the fees are paid by the tenant. (We can arrange the internet connection almost within the next day).
