The second room is equipped with a kitchen unit (stove, multifunctional microwave, extractor hood, kettle, fridge, basic cutlery and cooking utensils), dining table with chairs, sofa, working table with chair, TV, wifi, A/C and entrance to the balcony. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, toilet and place for the washing machine which can be provided for 605 CZK/per month.

Facilities

The house is secured, there is a reception (English-speaking) open 24/7, a restaurant, a gym, wellness and a swimming pool (open during the summertime). If you need a parking space, the landlady can provide it for 1 100 CZK/per month. There is a possibility to use a taxi for free which belongs to this house and can take you to the city centre.

Price

The monthly rent is 36 530 CZK including energies, services and an Internet connection for 1 person. For 2 people +400 CZK/per month extra. The refundable deposit is 73 060 CZK.
