Summary

Price

The rent is CZK 21.000 CZK + utilities 4,000 CZK ( depends on the number of tenants). 

Electricity will be transferred to the tenant. 

A security deposit of 2 months without utilities is required. 

The house has high-speed internet from Vodafone (formerly UPC).
