Price

Rent consists of two parts: basic rent + extra services.

Basic rent varies for every unit depending on the size, floor, balcony, etc.

Extra services can but do not have to be added to the basic rent upon the client's personal preference.

All energy consumptions are already included in the basic rent and are non-refundable. That means that the monthly invoice is the same in summer or winter.

Shared WiFi for basic online activities (finding bus connections, ordering food, using a map) is also included in the basic rent. Private cable Internet can be provided and it is paid extra (watching Netflix, working/studying from home, etc.). 

The refundable deposit is 25 000 CZK.

Conditions

It is possible to rent the apartment for a short term, minimum rental period is 1 month. 

All the interior premises of Domeq are non smoking. 

Tenants without pets are welcome.

Others

Kindly note that the personal decorations are not a part of equipment of the room.
