The bedroom is now furnished with the furniture for a kid, but it can be removed by the agreement with the landlord. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub, sink, toilet and washing machine. There is a cellar in the basement which belongs to this flat.

Price

The monthly rent is 15 000 CZK + 4 500 CZK energies and services. The refundable deposit is 30 000 CZK. The Internet connection is arranged by the tenant (approx. 500 CZK). The landlord prefers a long-term (at least 1 year).
