It offers 2 separate bedrooms (up to 4 persons) with a total privacy. The bedrooms are separated and has its own entrance and there is a kitchen between them. The apartment is partly furnished and equipped. There are automatically or manually operated blinds (so you can easily choose from total darkness to full daily light).

Located in close vicinity of Third Faculty of Medicine, with full amenities within easy reach (supermarket Tesco just on the next corner) and within a walking distance to the Eden shopping center.  

Multiple bus lines, close to metro station (A line - Želivského).

Layout

The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The area of the apartment is 55 m2. 

The first bedroom has a single bed and the second bedroom can be furnished with the bed - on the request.

There is a separate kitchen with an electrical oven, gas stove, fridge and microwave and a dinning room, a bathroom with a bath and washbasin. The toilet separate from the bathroom.

Price

Monthly rent: 18 700 CZK

Utilities (gas, electricity, water, and house's utilities): approx. 3 300 CZK

Refundable security deposit: 20 000 CZK

Internet is not included

Mid-term (6 months stay) possible for a higher price of monthly rent: 21 700 CZK.
