Layout

The apartment has a spacious entrance with a built-in cloakroom, a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine.

The main part of the apartment is a living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances including basic dishes and cooking utensils. A great advantage of the kitchen is that it is connected with the living room and you can cook while talking to your friends or family.

In the other half of the room, there is a living room with a relax zone with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a TV. From this room, there is an entrance to a balcony headed to a quiet courtyard.

The other part of the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (right now, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 workroom but it is possible to change it to a bedroom as well if needed) furnished with (built-in) wardrobes and double bed and nightstands. The windows are headed to the park Náměstí 28. října with the playground.

Our favourite part of this amazing apartment is its bathroom with both tub and shower, a toilet and a sink. There is floor heating in the bathroom. In the rest of the apartment, there is central heating.

Furnishing

The apartment is offered fully furnished, as you can see in the pictures. There will be 2 built-in wardrobes - one in a bedroom and one in the hall.

Facilities

The whole building with a historic facade has just been reconstructed. There is a cellar for the tenant's use. There is an elevator in the building.

Price

Utilities (electricity, water, heating, services such as lighting and cleaning in common areas). The Internet, TV, and cleaning are included in the price. 

Conditions

The landlord is looking for responsible people who will take good care of the apartment.

There is a possibility of a parking spot on 600 m distanced secured parking per 3500 CZK monthly.
