The apartment consists of 4 furnished bedrooms, 1 dining/study room, fully equipped kitchen room, 2 bathrooms - both with showers, one with a separate toilet and one with a toilet in the bathroom. In the apartment, there is also a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and cleaning products. There is a common hallway in the apartment shared with another apartment that is just above this one (see the picture no 29)

Located on the 1st floor - perfect if you don't like climbing lots of steps :) The building is well-secured. There is a restaurant downstairs and cafés and shops are around.

There is only one room available now, suitable for a male student. This is one of the smaller rooms in the apartment - the monthly rent 7 000 CZK. Returnable security deposit 14 000 CZK. The price of the monthly rent also includes cleaning of the common areas which is done once a month.
