The apartment is offered furnished with everything you can see in the pictures - in the living room, there is a sofa with a TV, in the bedroom, there are a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. There are a cooker, an oven, a fridge with a freezer and a washing machine in the kitchen. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is a bathtub in a bathroom.

Facilities

With the apartment, you can have a cellar to store your personal belongings (there is a storage room in the apartment as well). You can use a bike room in a shared bike room in the building. There is an elevator and you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. You can park on the street for free.

Price

The monthly rent is in the amount of 13000 CZK and 3500 CZK for utilities (water, gas, electricity, heating, cleaning of the common areas in the building) and the Internet as well. The refundable security deposit is in the amount of 16500 CZK.

Conditions

The landlady prefers a long term lease (at least for 1 year).
