Layout

Furnishing

The apartments are furnished/can be furnished or are without furniture according to the needs of the tenants. There is one furnished apartment at the monent and two are partly/not furnished, but ready to move in. All apartments have fully equiped kitchen (the size and design might vary - see pictures), built-in wardrobes, hallway coatrack and shoe rack. All bathrooms/technical rooms have preparation for washing machines.

Furnishing the apartment is upon request and can take maximum two weeks.

Facilities

The building has complex security system, incl. 7 cameras with night vision and motion detectors. Chip keys and videophones. Recharge station for electric cars in the yard.
