Location

Just a few steps from IP Pavlova (line C) and Náměstí Míru (line A). Both lines connects comfortably the city center, popular locations as well as the airport. There is sufficient connnection by other means as well (trams).

The building has been reconstructed and offer different types of premises (incl. shops, offices, apartments) and services - e.g. parking.

Náměstí Míru is a great place with frequent fairs and cultural/gastro events.

Layout

The hallway leads to elegantly furnished and sunlit kitchen and dining area. The choice of colors are warm and welcoming in all rooms with stress on high quality materials. The living room is spacious and also tastefully furnished, the bedroom offers enough privacy and the bathroom features a tub with a shower and two sinks for enough comfort for the tenants. The kitchen may also have a small technical room (depending on the apartment).

Furnishing

The apartments are furnished/can be furnished or are without furniture according to the needs of the tenants. There is one furnished apartment at the monent and two are partly/not furnished, but ready to move in. All apartments have fully equiped kitchen (the size and design might vary - see pictures), built-in wardrobes, hallway coatrack and shoe rack. All bathrooms/technical rooms have preparation for washing machines.

Furnishing the apartment is upon request and can take maximum two weeks.

Facilities

The building has complex security system, incl. 7 cameras with night vision and motion detectors. Chip keys and videophones. Recharge station for electric cars in the yard.

Lift KONE. Central vacuum with mains to each unit. 

Laundry available in the buidling as well as cleaning service and technical support.

Limited parking available.

Price

Mid-term rent (3 - 10 months) is 37,000 + utilities. Long term rent is 33,000 + utilities. Also available on a short-term basis.

Internet to be transferred to the tenant (depending on the length of stay).
