On the same floor is also a bathroom with a bathtub, 2 sinks and a separate toliet.

The second floor has a spacious living space with a sofa, tv table, TV and armchair connected to the kitchen area with all devices (stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave) and a dining table with chairs. There is one more bedroom and one room which can be used as an office. New tenants have access to the terrace with a breathtaking view!

Price

The monthly rent is 40 000 CZK + 5 200 CZK for energies, services, TV, Internet connection & parking space. The refundable deposit is 50 000 CZK. The landlady prefers a contract for at least 1-year. The short-term is possible after the agreement.
