The second is equipped with a kitchen unit (electric hob, extractor hood, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer, kettle, cooking utensils and cutlery), 2 single beds (pillows, blanket, bedsheets), TV, dining table with chairs, wardrobe and working table with chair. The bathroom is equipped with a shower corner or bathtub (may vary), sink and toilet. The washing machine can be provided for 605 CZK/per month.

Facilities

The house is secured, there is a reception (English-speaking) open 24/7, a restaurant, a gym, wellness and a swimming pool (open during the summertime). If you need a parking space, the landlady can provide it for 1 100 CZK/per month. There is a possibility to use a taxi for free which belongs to this house and can take you to the city centre.

Price

The monthly rent is 30 625 CZK including energies, services and an Internet connection for 1 person. For 2 people +400 CZK/per month extra. The refundable deposit is 61 250 CZK.
