The apartment consists of an entrance hall with an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (the other one occupied by another tenant), bathroom with bath tube, and a separate toilet. There is a gas boiler for heating and hot water. This room features a sink.

 2 bedroom flatshare, Praha 4 – you are renting a lockable room + common spaces in an entrance hall with the kitchen, in the bath and 

separate WC

- Furnishing of the room: 140cm bed + 1x mattress, IKEA table, 2x chair, wardrobe,2 big pictures, small pictures, your own washbasin with a mirror cabinet, balcony from the room (only accessible for the tenant of this room)

- Kitchen - equipped: fridge, cooking plate, water cattle, microwave, basic dish etc. , Bathroom: wash machine, bathtub

-  the room is for one person: the visitors must be announced to the other tenant, maximum 1 extra person, = 150 CZK a night, extra payment (if you have frequent visitors, more than 4 nights a month)

- the furniture can be moved= but on the spot as at the beginning by the handover, if you want to have another mattress, you would have to purchase them

- the house was completely renovated last year

All local amenities are in the close vicinity. Brumlovka office center, fitness club, supermarket, restaurants.

Good connection to Kačerov and Budějovická metro stations (C-line). Kačerov metro is only about 8 minutes by bus whose stop is located in the apartment's street or 5 minutes walk.

Big international companies (Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, among others) are situated in the neighbourhood.

Price

- 9 500 CZK rent with utilities (fees in the house, water, gas, electricity, internet O2)/ 12 months contract for 1 person

- 10 500 CZK for a shorter period 

The price does not include: regular cleaning of the room, blankett, pillow, bedlinen, towels ...

- rent paid till 15.th every month, = 15 days in advance via bank transfer or in cash (if you do not have a Czech bank account),only in Czech crowns

- 9500 CZK deposit

• Liability Insurance (= pojištění odpovědnosti) for the damages in the house, it must be signed and paid for latest the day of the handover, the insurance company is up to your desicion, example Allianz Domov, 1800 CZK/year, ask me for the contact of the brooker= this is what I did not mentioned by the viewing, but it is very important in the case you would cause a big damaged over the deposit

If you want to reserve the place - one month payment= 9500 CZK in cash, or bank transfer (then I need a proof of outgoing payment)   We will sign the contract= after payed the first rent, deposit   You will receive the key from the flat + room= after payed the first rent, deposit and when you are insured
