We offer accomodation in rooms in a shared flat in the very nearness of Mendel University!

The flat on Durďákova street is newly reconstructed, offering all the important equipment to lead a comfortable living there! The kitchen is fully furnished with fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, kettle, all tenants can use a common vacuum cleaner, mop, washing machine. In the flat there are two bathrooms with two toilets. The rooms are fully furnished again, in each of them there is a bed with mattress (including featherbed, pillow, sheets), writting desk with drawers, chair, lamp. Furnishing may slightly vary and can be arranged by the owner according to the tenant's wish.

The flat is situated 5 minutes of walking distance to Mendel University, 10 minutes to the city centre. There is a tram stop in front of the building, making the connection with the centre and all other city parts even much easier and faster.

There is probably no better accomodation for Mendel University students.

The monthly rent is 5500 CZK (including utilities - energies + internet connection). The owner requires one monthly rent as a deposit and also a personal insurance for reliability (payed by tenant, arranged by the owner).
