Furnishing may slightly vary and can be arranged by the owner according to the tenant's wish.

The flat is situated 4 min by a direct tram to the city center (9 min walking) and to Mendel University. It only takes 8 min by a direct tram to the Main train station.

The monthly rent is 6 500 CZK (including utilities + internet connection). The owner requires one monthly rent as a deposit.
