This apartment is fully furnished so you can move in only with your suitcase. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, cooker, electric oven, kettle, fridge, and dishes. There is a very comfortable sofa in the living room, TV, dining table and chairs. In the bedroom, there is a double bed with high quality, completely new mattress, wardrobes, table. In the smaller bedroom, there is one single bed and the wardrobe. In the bathroom are bath and washing machine. The toilet is separate. 

Price

Monthly rent for one or two people is 19 000 CZK on the base of 2 tenants. In case of more persons than 2, there is an extra fee of 500 CZK per person. All utilities (electricity, water) are included in the rent. The internet can be arranged to the tenant's name. The refundable deposit is 25 000 CZK. The length of the lease agreement starts with 6 months and can be renewed.
