Price

A utility consumption charge must be added to the monthly accommodation fee, the utility charge is flat and non-billable (water, sewage, heat, electricity). Shared WiFi for basic online activities (finding bus connections, ordering food, using a map). Private cable Internet can be provided and it is paid extra (watching Netflix, working/studying from home, etc.).

The refundable deposit is 25 000 CZK (for booking long term as well as short term). 


Conditions

It is possible to booking the apartment for a short term, minimum accommodation agreement period is 1 month. 

All the interior premises of Domeq are non smoking. There is a designated area outside by the building for smokers where smoking is allowed.
