The flat is fully furnished. When you move in, you will have all equipment for living at your hand.

There is a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with a fridge, microwave oven, stove with oven and a washing machine. In the living room youll have a sofa bed  and TV with channels from a satellite dish.

Facilities

You can use a PARKING SPOT by the building free of charge.

Price

Rent for short term (1-2 month) 19 000 CZK includes all energies + the Internet + TV SAT + cleaning service twice a month.

Rent for long term is 17 000 CZK included all energies + the Internet + TV SAT + cleaning service once a week.

Refundable deposit for short period of renting is 5 000 CZK. Refundable security deposit for long term is in the amount of one monthly rent (17 000 CZK) - there is a possibility to pay it in 2 installments.

Conditions

If you would like to bring along a small pet, it should be possible, we will arrange an agreement with the landlord.

Smoking is not allowed there, but there is a balcony where smoking is possible.

There is no lift in the building.
