A spacious brand new studio of 46 sqm is offered on Stará Street. The street is located in Zábrdovice neighborhood, the area still considered to be part of Brno - Střed. It is just 5 min from the city centre by public transport or 10 min walking to the Freedom Square. The area is the best option for those who wish to stay nearby the city centre, Infosys and Monster Board is within 15 min by public transport. Direct bus No. 67 reaches the Pharmacy and veterinary faculty within 20 min.

The place is suitable for one person or couple.
