Location

This apartment is situated at the north end of Merhautova street. The tram stop is a one-minute walk, from which you can get to the city centre in 9 minutes. Or you can take a bus and be at University Campus in half an hour. 

For students of Mendel University, it is only 4 minutes on a bus.

You can find all the civic amenities around.

Layout

The apartment comes with a hall, from which you enter the kitchen opposite the main door. The hall follows to the right side of the apartment and will lead you to the bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen. You can find an inbuild-wardrobe here. From the hall and the kitchen, there is an entrance to the living room.

Furnishing

The flat is partly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with the fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave oven, also the washing machine can be added here. The living room has a wardrobe, in which you can find a hidden bed. There is also air conditioning in the living room. There is a bath in the bathroom. The rest of the apartment is not furnished.

Facilities

There is one parking slot in the courtyard and also a cellar of 10 sqm.

Price

The monthly rent is 14 000 CZK + 3 000 CZK for utilities. The internet is arranged separately and costs 520 CZK per month. The security deposit is 17 000 CZK.
