The toilet is separate. There are three bedrooms. 1st room is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The 2nd room has a sofa which can be changed into the double bed and one chair which can be changed into the single bed + two more chairs and chest of drawers. The 3rd room offers table with chairs. The flat was painted after the last tenant.

Facilities

The roof/attic is under the reconstruction + the inner side of the house where will be new balconies and the elevator.

Price

The monthly rent is 25 000 CZK + 5 000 CZK for utilities, services (calculation for 2 people). The Internet is arranged by the tenant (approx. 400 CZK. The refundable deposit is 50 000 CZK and it can be divided into two instalments after the agreement with the landlord. There is a possibility of the parking spot. The landlord demands a long-term and responsible tenants who will take good care of the apartment. The landlord is willing to negotiate the price.
