Price
Monthly rent for one or two people is 19 000 CZK on the base of 2 tenants. In case of more persons than 2, there is an extra fee of 500 CZK per person. All utilities (electricity, water) are included in the rent. The internet can be arranged to the tenant's name. The refundable deposit is 25 000 CZK. The length of the lease agreement starts with 6 months and can be renewed.
