Nice insulated building located in a quiet alley. The apartment has a balcony 12m2.  Parking is available for an additional cost.

Price

The monthly rent is 19 000 CKZ + 4 000 CZK energies, services, TV and Internet connection. The refundable deposit is 38 000 CZK.  The landlady demands reliable tenants. Parking is 2 300 CZK/month.
